How To Print

Once you’ve downloaded your free printable, take a quick moment to check these settings.

• Orientation: Most shopping lists are designed for a portrait (vertical) layout. Double-check your printer settings to ensure it isn’t defaulting to Landscape, which can distort the design.
• Scale & Size: To ensure the design reaches the edges without being cropped, select “Actual Size” or set the scale to 100%.
• Print Preview: Always do a final visual check in the preview window. This allows you to see that the list is perfectly centered and that all checkboxes are visible before you commit to paper.
• Final Step: Simply click Print and you’re ready to head to the store.
