Stay on top of your tasks with this free daily planner printable. It’s designed to help you organize your day, keep track of what needs to get done, and stay on track with the things that matter most.

I created this printable for myself because I wanted a simple way to see everything I needed to accomplish each day without having to keep it all in my head. It gives you a place to write down your priorities, appointments, tasks, and other things you want to remember throughout the day.

Whether you’re planning a busy day, keeping up with work or school, or just trying to get a few important things done, having everything written down can make your day feel a little more manageable. You can use it to plan ahead in the morning or fill it out the night before so you know what you want to focus on the next day.

This printable fits perfectly in an A5-size binder once it is trimmed to size. There is also a letter-size version available if you prefer to print it on standard 8.5 x 11-inch paper.

What You’ll Find in this Planner

  • Hourly Schedule: This planner runs from 6 am to 9 pm, giving you plenty of space to plan out your day. The hourly layout helps you plan, organize, and stay on top of your busiest hours with ease.
  • Priority Section: List your top three must‑do tasks for the day.
  • To‑Do List: A space for quick daily tasks or things you’d like to get to if there’s time.
  • Notes: A space for any thoughts or ideas you want to remember.

Printing Your Free Daily Planner Printable

Once you’ve downloaded this free daily planner printable, take a moment to check your printer settings. This printable is designed to print on letter‑size paper (8.5×11). After printing, you’ll cut out the A5‑size planner along the crop marks.

  • Scale & Size: Choose “Actual Size” or set the scale to 100%.
  • Print Preview: Do a quick visual check to ensure everything is centered.
  • Print Both Front & Back: Print the front side first, then flip the page to print the back. Keep in mind that most home printers may not align the front and back perfectly.

This printable is yours for personal use forever, so feel free to print and reuse it as many times as you’d like.

Cutting, Punching & Adding to Your Planner

To cut this planner, use the crop marks on the final print as your guide. I recommend using a paper cutter for a cleaner, more professional finish; however, regular scissors will also work. Next, use a 6‑ring hole punch to add the holes so it fits neatly into your planner.

My Recommendation: Upgrade your planner experience by printing on 28–32 lb paper. The heavier weight gives your A5 planner pages a sturdy, high-quality feel and helps your inserts hold up beautifully over time. Shop my favorite A5 planner supplies here: A5 Budget Binders & Accessories
