Printing Your Free Daily Planner Printable

Once you’ve downloaded this free daily planner printable, take a moment to check your printer settings. This printable is designed to print on letter‑size paper (8.5×11). After printing, you’ll cut out the A5‑size planner along the crop marks.

  • Scale & Size: Choose “Actual Size” or set the scale to 100%.
  • Print Preview: Do a quick visual check to ensure everything is centered.
  • Print Both Front & Back: Print the front side first, then flip the page to print the back. Keep in mind that most home printers may not align the front and back perfectly.

This printable is yours for personal use forever, so feel free to print and reuse it as many times as you’d like.

Cutting, Punching & Adding to Your Planner

To cut this planner, use the crop marks on the final print as your guide. I recommend using a paper cutter for a cleaner, more professional finish; however, regular scissors will also work. Next, use a 6‑ring hole punch to add the holes so it fits neatly into your planner.

My Recommendation: Upgrade your planner experience by printing on 28–32 lb paper. The heavier weight gives your A5 planner pages a sturdy, high-quality feel and helps your inserts hold up beautifully over time. Shop my favorite A5 planner supplies here: A5 Budget Binders & Accessories
